Aria Thea is a Long Beach based artist known for her whimsical, vibrant portraits and landscapes. Drawing from the emotions and experiences of everyday life, her work transforms subtle moments into bold, color-rich expressions of feeling and story.

Born with synesthesia, Aria experiences the world through overlapping senses. She sees color in sound, feels music as movement, and perceives energy where others may not. To her, everything carries a story beneath the surface, one that becomes visible through paint.

“Something in life will spark me, a color, a song, a sound, a feeling, and I begin giving it form. Rarely do I stay with the original idea. As I paint, the story reveals itself. I listen to the artwork and allow myself to become a vessel for the energy that wants to be expressed.”
