Milk Bath

A homage to my younger self.

Inspired by the tumblr era of lush bath bombs & the catatonic state I remained in throughout my young adult years, I wanted to honor the emotional turmoil I experienced during this time of my life. I started this piece as a teenager, and for the life of me I couldn't finish it. I fought with this piece for months until finally hiding it from sight. After a couple years of finding myself, I found her again. Wanting to give my younger self a hug, I was ready to create life and beauty from her sadness. To let her know that better days were on the way.
